Warehouse & Yard Operator/Worker, Aksay city, 5/2

Role Overview

• The Warehouse and Yard Operator will execute standard processes and procedures for warehouse operations under immediate supervision.
• Responsibilities include receiving, storage, yard management, preservation, inventory accuracy, and delivery of equipment to internal and external customers.

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Actively participate in assigned HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) programs.
• Operate a forklift for yard activities.
• Maintain work areas in a safe, clean, and organized manner at all times, following 6S principles (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety).
• Exercise Stop Work authority and report immediately in case of any HSE incident.
• Review all associated ORA, HRA, MOC, and Work Permits prior to starting work; stop work at any time if safety is compromised.
• Optimize workflow and improve warehouse/yard layout efficiency.
• Coordinate with AMO, Manufacturing, Service Delivery, Logistics, and Quality teams to ensure timely deliveries and shipments.
• Perform other warehouse and yard duties/projects as assigned.
• Achieve and maintain required Competency Assessments.
• Perform accurate and timely data entry into relevant systems.
• Deliver services as outlined in the local service level agreement.
• Conduct physical inventory and asset verification (CC/API).
• Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive work environment.
• Adhere to the on-call/shift schedule; notify manager immediately of any issues affecting availability.
• Consult with your manager or HR/leadership if any work-related or personal circumstances affect your safety or performance.

Education

• High school certificates or equivalent diploma.

Skills/Knowledge:

• Ability to regularly lift/move up to 20 lbs (9 kg), and frequently up to 50 lbs (23 kg).
• Proficient in forklift operation for loading/unloading freight.
• Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer) and SAP.
• Good English communication skills

• Work Schedule: 5 days per week / 40 hours per week.
