Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets in Kazakhstan.
• Identify new opportunities, markets, and potential clients in industrial, energy, and service sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers in line with company standards.
• Collaborate with technical and service teams to ensure high-quality customer support.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adapt sales approaches.
• Provide regular reporting on sales pipeline, forecasts, and achievements.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of proven sales experience in electrical equipment, relay & automation technical services, or industrial solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Kazakhstan market and customer landscape.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred).
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Kazakh, English and Russian mandatory.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel across Kazakhstan as required.
