Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets in Kazakhstan.
- Identify new opportunities, markets, and potential clients in industrial, energy, and service sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers in line with company standards.
- Collaborate with technical and service teams to ensure high-quality customer support.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adapt sales approaches.
- Provide regular reporting on sales pipeline, forecasts, and achievements.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of proven sales experience in electrical equipment, relay & automation technical services, or industrial solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Kazakhstan market and customer landscape.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Kazakh, English and Russian mandatory.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel across Kazakhstan as required.
